The Burning Crusade Behind-the-Scenes DVD

More than five hours of exclusive content is packed into the Burning Crusade Collector's Edition Behind the Scenes DVD. In-depth featurettes cover many different aspects of the game's design and contain commentary from more than thirty members of the World of Warcraft development team; including Chris Metzen, vice president of creative development, and lead designers Jeff Kaplan and Tom Chilton. Learn about the process of designing and integrating the two new races, blood elves and draenei, as well as the entire new continent of Outland, into the existing world and lore of World of Warcraft. These featurettes include exclusive stills of artwork, gameplay videos, and interviews with Burning Crusade developers, all accompanied by the Burning Crusade soundtrack.

The DVD also includes a feature on BlizzCon 2005, the gaming convention Blizzard Entertainment hosted in Anaheim, CA. Among the highlights are the often-discussed developer panels – now, even if you couldn't make it to the show, you can watch them all from the comfort of your living room. Also in the BlizzCon section, you will find a video of the memorable closing show by Level 60 Elite Tauren Chieftain, and a slideshow of the costume contest.

Lastly, the full-length cinematic intro of The Burning Crusade appears in the trailers section, along with 11 other developer and player-created trailers. Inquisitive viewers might also find a few hidden surprises on the DVD.
