Overview

Blind

'Think your eyes hurt, you'll forget all about that pain soon enough.'

Blinds the target, causing it to wander at 40% of move speed confused for up to 10 seconds. This is a disorient effect. Any damage will cancel the Blind effect. Blind cancels combat (turns off auto attacks) when used.

Functionality

Blinds the target, causing it to wander disoriented for up to 10 sec. Any damage caused will remove the effect.

Notes

  • Considered a ranged attack, and cannot be dodged or parried.
  • In Patch 2.3, the [Blinding Powder] reagent requirement was removed and became a physical attack as opposed to nature like a poison. Now shares the same diminish category as Cyclone and is now diminished in PvE as well as PvP.

  • Ability racial ultravision [Elusiveness] reduces the cooldown of your blind by 45 or 90 seconds.
