Forums: Village pump → Update to Companion page

Updating Companions - I'm sure we can all agree this page need's some major work, and ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! I'll initially be working on the page Here.

Initial aims;

• Place the gallery on a separate page here Gallery of Companions
• Remove duplication, presently many pets are listed then re-listed under the consolidated table
• List pets under a group of coherent charts, possibly;
  • WoW classic
  • Burning Crusade
  • WotLK
  • Cataclysm
  • Other sources

or

• • Obtainable through quests
  • Obtainable through vendors
  • Obtainable through achievements
  • Obtainable through guild achievements
  • Obtainable through World events
  • Obtainable from other sources

Either method would of course use (possibly) the other method to sub categorize, I'm leaning toward the second my-self.

Anyway as always input is greatly appreciated.

Table-izing (is that a word?) the lists would be a good start. While you're working a complete revamp on your sub-page, I may go through and just turn some lists into tables on Companions. -- Fandyllic (talk · contribs) 9:32 AM PST 10 Dec 2010

That's the whole point - it's all-ready way to large, hence the first step of moving the gallery to it's own page. Wren (talk) 19:38, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
