-Little goblin-like looking critters that are part of the [[Lab Pack]]s in [[Blackwing Lair]]. With every Lab Pack, there are a couple of Technicans, they run around and throw dynamite at the raid. The explosion has a small area effect and fire resistance does not help against it, however each dynamite is doing aroung 300-400 non-resistable Fire damage. They are considered quite dangerous, since they tend to concentrate fire on single persons, thus nuking them down very quickly. They can be feared, sheeped and stunned.
