Beaststalker's Mantle is a mail shoulder armor for Hunters. It is part of the Tier 0 armor set available to all mail-classes pre-raiding instances. In terms of agility and sheer item usefullness, it is probably the worst Beaststalker piece. The Giantstalker piece is a significant advancement over it, and most hunters will much prefer other easily obtainable drops, such as the 
[Bone Golem Shoulders] that drop from Rattlegore, in Scholomance.

The Beaststalker's Mantle drops from from the final boss in the lower section of Blackrock Spire, Overlord Wyrmthalak. Be forewarned, the drop rates for this item are notoriously low, and it rarely drops.
