Beastmaster Armor

A Night Elf Hunter in his Beastmaster Armor.

This is the Tier 0.5 Hunter Set, obtained by upgrading the Tier 0 set (Beaststalker Armor) through a series of quests. All of the items are therefore BOP, are recieved by a quest and not a drop, and have a minimum level of 60 to equip.

The Beastmaster set is a clear improvement over it's predecessor. The items offered in it are superior to any a hunter may obtain prior to raiding-quality items, with the possible exception of the Beastmaster Mantle and Beastmaster Belt, that are quite inferior. In addition, this set offered some special bonuses to the hunter's pet, making it ideal to the Beast Mastery build hunters, that are bereft of any good gear to enhance their pets.
