Badge of Justice is a currency item which can be used to buy level 70 Epic quality Weapons, Shields, Offhands, Rings, Trinkets, Cloaks, Relics, and more notably epic Fire Resistance for all armor types. As of Patch 2.3, badges can be used to buy Epic Wrist, Head, Foot and Hand slot items, as well as additional Rings, Cloaks and Relics. G'eras in the Terrace of Light at the center of Shattrath City will exchange these tokens for equipment.

This item drops from all bosses in all instances in heroic mode. Every member of the party can loot a badge, there is no need to roll or otherwise determine who will win the item.
As of the release of Patch 2.3, this item drops from all bosses in Karazhan (as well as from the Chess Event) and Zul'Aman, 1-3 Badges each.
