Project Scope
Aim
The aim of the Recipe Project is to develop Wowpedia as an informative and user-friendly resource for profession recipes and patterns.
Scope
The Recipe Project encompasses the creation and presentation of information related to recipes and patterns in World of Warcraft and its expansions. This can include the development of content, standards, templates, documentation, automation and assistance to editors who are contributing toward the achievement of the project aim.
The items created by professions, or general information about the professions are not directly in the scope of this project, but developing them may be necessary to achieve the aim. If a profession project were to exist, this project would in effect be a subset of it.

Project Plan
Concept of Operations
The current project plan sorts tasks into those that are related to the creation of information, presentation of information and project administration. The current focus for creation of information will be to document meta data about recipes so that it may be used for presentation. The current focus for presentation of information is the development of a common look and feel for recipe pages (where the recipes for each profession are listed, such as Alchemy recipes. Finally, the project administration will focus on identifying what the focus should be in the next phase of the project.
Tasks
While all members are encouraged to participate in each of these tasks, each task will have an assigned Team Leader who will coordinate the effort. Complex tasks may also have an alternate assigned.
