Ar'tor's Mainstay is a rare mail hands item which you can receive as a reward from the quest The Cipher of Damnation - The Third Fragment Recovered which starts with Borak, Son of Oronok in Shadowmoon Valley. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Oronok Torn-heart:
"My son may no longer be able to aid you, but his powers are still within your grasp." - Oronok Torn-heart
