A Silver Confidant is a flag that enables Silver Covenant daily quests in Patch 3.2.0. Gaining exalted status with the Silver Covenant requires hitting champion rank with pretty much all five faction cities and doing the champion dailies at the same time. Players who have earned the title <Crusader> will have earned this achievement in the process.
The Horde equivalent is The Sunreavers.
